PROMOTION TERMS & FAQ.

Please review these conditions before ordering so you know exactly how the rewards work.

01. When does the promotion run?

From October 15 through November 30, 2026, based on the store's checkout time.

02. Which purchases qualify?

All full-size Regular and PRO tattoo needle cartridge boxes count toward the 3 / 5 / 8 / 10-box reward tiers. You can mix eligible boxes in one order. Test packs, smaller packs, tattoo machines and accessories do not count.

03. Do gifts stack across tiers?

No. Each order qualifies for only its highest achieved reward tier. For example, an order of 10 eligible boxes receives the 10-box gifts, not the 3-, 5- and 8-box gifts as well.

04. Can I choose my PRO gift models?

For the 5-box and 8-box tiers, the PRO cartridge types and quantities are fixed as listed above. For the 10-box tier, you’ll receive one full box of 20 PRO cartridges. You can leave your preferred configuration in the order notes, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request based on availability. Final gift configurations are selected by Inky Paws.

05. Can I choose the stickers or tote design?

Artist-designed gift styles are selected by Inky Paws and may vary depending on availability.

06. Can this be combined with other offers?

Eligible discounts may apply at checkout.

07. Do test packs qualify?

No. Test packs are part of a separate introductory offer, with a 2-box test set and free shipping. They do not count toward these reward tiers.

08. What about canceled or refunded orders?

Only qualifying paid orders placed during the promotion period are eligible. Canceled or fully refunded orders are excluded. Contact us about any partial refund or order change that affects eligibility.

If a specific gift becomes unavailable, our team will contact you about the available alternatives before fulfillment.
